Individual Therapy
Our individual sessions will be 50 minutes. Individual therapy is a space to show up as you are. I place a strong value on the therapist–client relationship and believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, honest, and human. We’ll work together in a way that’s person-centered and relational, with room to explore both what’s happening now and how past experiences may be influencing things.
I believe sessions aren’t about quick fixes. They’re paced with care and grounded in connection. Humor, tears, and real emotion are always welcome here.
Therapy for Eating Disorders
Eating disorders are complex and affect both the mind and body. They don’t exist in a vacuum, and they’re rarely resolved by working with just one provider. That’s why a collaborative, team-based approach is often the most effective way to support recovery.
This typically includes a therapist, a registered dietitian, a psychiatrist, and occasionally a medical doctor. Each provider plays a different role: therapy helps explore the emotional and relational pieces, dietitians support nourishment and a more peaceful relationship with food, psychiatrists address co-occurring mental health concerns, and medical providers help ensure your body is being cared for along the way.
Working as a team allows for coordinated care, shared understanding, and consistent support. Instead of focusing on quick fixes, a collaborative approach supports the whole person and creates a stronger foundation for long-term healing.
