Frequently asked questions
General
I offer virtual therapy (telehealth) for any resident of Texas. In-person sessions are coming soon.
In our first session, we’ll review informed consent, confidentiality, and any questions you have about therapy. I’ll also conduct an initial assessment by asking about your experiences, concerns, and goals to get a clear picture of what’s going on. This helps us plan how therapy can best support you moving forward.
I am a private pay provider and am not in-network with insurance companies. However, I can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your specific plan.
